Ensure the appliance is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging with all included manuals, cords, and accessories.

For large appliances, our specialized logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient home collection time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
